This also includes recruitment, which we take over for renowned ventures or startup customers nationally and internationally. We are looking for a B2B Telesales Lead (m/f/d) to join the team of one of our favorite clients in Berlin, eKomi - The Feedback Company is Europe's first and largest independent provider of transaction-based customer opinions and product reviews. As a B2B Telesales Lead (m/f/d) you will use your expertise to support the company’s development, promote its unique brand and reputation, and work your sales magic! You will lead an exceptional sales team, full of motivated colleagues who are proud of their work and the organization they represent. We are looking for creative talents and seasoned experts who feel comfortable in an inspiring environment and prefer to think about tomorrow rather than yesterday. You have ideas that make the world a little bit better, love to learn something new every day? Tasks

  • Support the sales team to meet sales targets and accomplish the development of projects
  • Build a steady pipeline of business contacts and prospects
  • Assist the sales team in everything related to finding new customers and promoting the company's products
  • Conducting online demo presentations with prospective clients via Skype, WebEx, and Zoom-sessions
  • Cold calling to prospective clients
  • Networking by attending local events and relevant trade shows in order to build commercial relationships
  • Handle incoming customer sales inquiries

Requirements

  • Ideally 2-3 years of cold sales experience
  • You are a great communicator and negotiator
  • You have an eye for detail and work rigorously
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPointtech solutions or working in the outbound BPO industry
  • Good English and German communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent customer service approach
