Among other things, we help our clients to attract the best talents for their company. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Culture Manager (m/f/d) for one of our client; Quarters.

At Quarters, our mission is to change the way we live and share our lives. Founded in Berlin in 2012 to respond to the demand for fully-furnished, ready to move into apartments, we are already the world’s largest Co-Living provider. In addition to this, we are also enhancing our real-life community and physical buildings with a digital community focused app. Our diverse team forms the heart of our fast-paced start-up environment, where smart ideas and a hands-on attitude are encouraged. To help keep up with our increasing growth, we’re looking for the most passionate people in their fields.

Tasks

  • Ensure we have the right talent at the right time, with the right levels of capability and price points, across all markets
  • Proactively partner with our leaders and hiring managers, know our business targets and our talent needs short and long term
  • Co-design the right sourcing strategy, prioritize in line with the business strategy and ensure seamless and speedy execution
  • Identify and assess partners for future collaboration, balancing flexibility and cost without compromising on quality and candidate experience
  • Be a culture ambassador and take care of shaping and designer with the whole team as well as turning theory into remarkable action points to retain our talents
  • Actively promote our employee brand internally through diverse actions as well as our employer brand through social media channels and offline events, also leveraging our amazing community spaces
  • Support our Team Lead HR in operational topics like employee development and employee engagement

Requirements

  • Successfully completed a degree in economics or psychology or comparable, ideally with a focus on human resources management
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills, especially in research/sourcing, negotiating, and closing contracts
  • High empathetic person who has one outstanding skill: Listening.
  • Numbers-driven, goal-oriented, with a proven track record in a comparable position
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, paired with high level of empathy and drive towards joint success
  • A well-rounded, yet easy-going personality who enjoys being at the forefront of a spectacular growth and success story!
  • Fluent Business English, both verbal and written, further languages at near native level (especially German) are a plus
