Our client, are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination.

We are currently looking for an ambitious Senior HR Services Specialist (m/f/d) to grow their great team.

As an experienced Senior HR Services Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and further developing the whole bandwidth of innovative people management processes. Within our international, diverse, and energetic team of HR and OD enthusiasts your focus will be around Compensation & Benefits processes and tools. Your pioneer spirit will help you to be a catalyst part of our highly dynamic, target-oriented and human-centered organization. As a digital native, you bring new impulses for smart tools enabling us to do the right thing in an effective and highly efficient way. Together with you, we aim to proactively shape Employee Experience, Leadership Development, and our Culture. This position reports to our Head of People & Organization.

Tasks

  • You are our team leads’ counterpart in all People & Organization-related topics along the whole employee journey, e.g. in contract elaboration or in standard German working law questions
  • With you, the whole range of Compensation & Benefits processes and tools, which have a direct impact on our culture, are in good hands: from constantly evolving our compensation structure and our benefits program to handling individual bonus letters
  • You take advantage of our small team size to broaden your HR competencies e.g. in HR controlling & reporting, in Talent Management, or in our growth management tools like OKRs, Job Scorecards, Top Grading, etc
  • You are responsible for creating reports for management meetings tasks
  • You will extensively cooperate with all internal and relevant external partners

Requirements

  • Five years of professional experience in HR and Compensation & Benefits or similar role ideally in a startup, in an international company with best-in-class HR processes or a top HR consulting agency
  • Knowledge of building attractive compensation packages for various departments and seniority levels
  • Profound Knowhow in German law and social security, excellent MS Office and HRIS knowledge
  • Excellent English and German communication skills (written and spoken)
